These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and others. 

If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

 

Purchases 

If you wish to purchase any product or service available through the www.inbarberiavenezia.com e-commerce, you may be asked to provide certain information related to your purchase including your full name, shipping and billing address, your email address, phone number, and view information. It will be the customer's obligation to provide the requested information true and correct.

 

Returns

Purchases of standard products (excluding custom-made products) are returnable, according to EU regulations, within 15 days of delivery of the item.

It is not possible to make a return on the purchase of custom-made eyewear.

Article 59(c) of the Consumer Code eliminates the right of withdrawal in cases where the good sold has been made "made to measure" or "customized" according to the customer's choices. 

This is in order to avoid that a good produced following the consumer's requests, created from scratch specifically upon his demand, is then returned without reason to the sender, putting the company in difficulty due to the impossibility of reselling the product to third parties, remanufacturing it or finding a new market on which to place it.

Prescription lenses are not refundable or returnable. The customer, by submitting his/her prescription, guarantees that it is correct for him/her.

Although we try to accurately show the colors of our products on the site, the actual colors depend on the monitor and screen resolution. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed by your monitor will be identical to the colors of the products at the time of delivery.

Variations in packaging processes, your monitor settings and video card may change the appearance of the material and products, so it is possible that the products delivered will be slightly different to those shown and described on the site.

All In Barberia Venezia products are subject to availability, so it is not always possible to fulfill all orders. In these cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible if an ordered product is not available and, if he/she accepts it, an alternative product of equivalent, higher, or the same value will be offered.

It is important to consider that orders are packaged only if we receive the payment transaction.

Order fulfillment

For a custom-made, customer-commissioned frame, order fulfillment time varies by project type and is agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, and in any case not less than six weeks.

 

SHIPPING ITALY

Shipping is free within Italy.

At check-out shipping costs will not be applied.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is charged as an additional cost. Customs taxes are in charge of the customer.

 

All orders are shipped worldwide with DHL, UPS, Fedex or GLS.

Shipping of purchased products is by express courier, may take between 1 and 7 days.

 

This shipping method has a full tracking system; once the order has been shipped, an email will be sent with all the tracking information, which will allow you to keep track of the progress of the delivery.

Once the package is delivered to the address provided, In Barberia Venezia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Order not received/damaged package

In order to be able to offer you solutions covered by our after sales policy regarding any problem related to the shipment (damaged, lost package, missing product) you must notify us through the order details by opening a claim within 7 calendar days after the delivery of the order.

 

Payment

All prices are quoted in euros (€), including VAT, calculated at the current rate of 22%, or 4% where ophthalmic prescription is present. Shipping costs excluded. 

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay.

Different forms of payment can be arranged upon request, e.g. bank transfer/cash on delivery.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming your purchase, with the order reference number, the items you have chosen and the cost.

 

Eyewear warranty

Each pair of eyeglasses purchased from In Barberia Srl has a lifetime service warranty.

The service warranty covers only temple maintenance and/or manufacturing defects.

Damage (breakage or damage) involving the front of the frame is not covered by the warranty.

Handmade eyeglasses have minor imperfections/incisions/scratches that are characteristic of craftsmanship, so they are not attributable to manufacturing defect or vice.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the defective product.

 

Changes / Cancellation of the order

In Barberia Srl allows changes or cancellation of the order only if they occur within 10 days after payment. After this period, In Barberia Srl does not offer the possibility to cancel an order since its production has already begun and non-recoverable costs have been incurred (materials, craftsman's time, etc.).

Intellectual and Industrial Property
The site of In Barberia Venezia and its contents, including services, programs, data, styles, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, as well as software, trade names, brands, works, illustrations, photographs or industrial designs and any other sign susceptible to industrial and commercial use (i), are the property and ownership of In Barberia Venezia and are protected by national and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property. Under no circumstances does In Barberia Venezia grant any license, waiver, transmission, total or partial assignment of the aforementioned rights, nor does it confer any right, nor any possibility to obtain it, especially with regard to alteration, transformation, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the aforementioned contents without the prior express and written authorization of In Barberia Venezia or the corresponding owners. The user may use the site and its content exclusively for personal and private use. Any other use will be prohibited and will require the prior express and written permission of In Barberia Venezia. You may use, download, and print the content of the site solely for your own personal and own or non-commercial personal use. Excluding your own personal use or internal business purposes, you may not do anything listed below without the written consent of In Barberia Venezia:

 

• modify, distribute, or publish any content on the site with any purpose; 

• copy, reproduce, use or trade with any content on the site;

• reproduce the site in any way (crawls, framing, deep linking), from/to this site and from/to another web page;
